Introducing Bear

BKJasmine made a new furry friend last week. His name is Bear and he lives with one of Jasmine's workmates. He's big, black and floofy, and he reminds me of our Catifornian poodin friends Grr, Midnight and Cocoa.

Bear is furry friendly. His people told Jasmine that even 'non-cat people' (yes, they do exist!) are won over by Bear pretty quickly because he's so lovely and so friendly.

Tiggy the Senior Catizen

BKThis is Tiggy, whom I introduced to you last year. She is furry, furry old. Tiggy was a stray that Jasmine and her family adopted when Jasmine was a little bean, so we're not sure exactly how old she is.

Tiggy still lives with Jasmine's parents. She has a comfortable life and is furry well looked after. The v-e-t says she is doing furry well for such a senior kitty!

Infinite Cat Project

BKNow here's a website that is cool: The Infinite Cat Project.

The simple idea is that you take a picture of your kitty looking at another kitty on the computer, who is looking at another kitty on the computer, who is looking at another kitty on the computer, etc. Here's an example.

Last time I checked, they were up to 1422 kitties looking at other kitties!

Yoga Kitty

BKWe found this furry silly website called Yoga Kitty. We thought it might be cool because it had kitties, but actually it's just furry stoopid.

Introducing Alex

This is Alex. He lives on a farm with friends of Jasmine. You can't really tell in this picture, but Alex is a very big kitty. Definitely a Big Man Cat. He has many adopted brofurs and sisfurs at the farm and they are all BIG kitties.

Y'know how if you put goldfish in a big pond then they grow big, but if you put them in a little fishbowl then they stay small? Well, Jasmine wondered if kitties do the same thing because all the kitties at this farm have lots and lots of space and they have all grown into big kitties.

The human girl from the farm moved into the city and adopted some kitties, and those kitties have all stayed small (compared to the farm kitties).

What do you think? Any farm kitties out there have an opinion on this issue?

Artsy Catsy bookmark for Mu Shue

Artsy Catsy bookmark for Mu ShueHere's the pretty bookmark we bought from Artsy Catsy for the Mu Shue Bookmark Benefit last month.

The nice poodins and beans at Artsy Catsy volunteered to make lots and lots of these pretty poodin bookmarks to raise money for Mu Shue's treatment.

If you missed out on the Mu Shue bookmarks, don't worry, you can still buy one and donate to another good cause. Artsy Catsy are making more of these lovely kitty bookmarks and donating part of the proceeds to the Best Friends Animal Society.

Introducing Ebony

Ebony the Virtual Squillion from the Cat Blogosphere ShelterThis is Ebony. We adopted her from the Cat Blogosphere Shelter of Virtual Squillions. Since she's a Virtual Squillion, she prefers to hang out online rather than in gardens like her non-virtual Squillion brofurs and sisfurs.

Ebony is currently making herself at home in the sidebar of this bloggie.

Funny poodins

BKJasmine found this compilation of funny poodins. The video editing was very well coordinated to the music. Apologies to any poodins not on high-speed internet as you may have trouble viewing it.
